• Bristol Stoke Gifford Old School Rooms

  • Stoke Gifford village has been swamped by a high number of new homes as part of the North Bristol Fringe residential development. The old village centre is located around the Village Green which is overlooked by the Old School Rooms which were made redundant when a new school was constructed. As this was originally a church school St Michael’s Congregation reclaimed the building as part of their strategy for expanding church facilities and CPL carried out a major refurbishment and extension to provide a coffee shop, new hall seating up to 350, divisible by large acoustics sliding walls into three accessible spaces which can be used concurrently and a range of meeting rooms in a similar style to the stone built Grade II Listed Building which is very popular as a meeting place and venue for both church and a wide variety of community groups.
